Our Farm story began over thirty years ago when we decided to return to our hometown of Ferndale, California to raise our 3 daughters and begin our dairy life on the family farm.

The North Coast is the ideal setting for an organic dairy – lush green pasture and cool foggy days with an ocean breeze. The cows love it! Our Jersey herd grazes on 400 acres of pastured land. this allows us to produce rich, creamy organic milk, which is then shipped to Rumiano Cheese Company.

With the support of our partners, Riverside Dairy will continue as an organic family farm for years to come – the next chapter of this farm story!

Directions

Annie’s Way In 10 Minutes

Boil: 6 cups water in a medium saucepan.
Stir In: pasta, bring to boil. Cook 8-10 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally.
Drain Pasta: in colander. While pasta is draining…
Add: 3 Tbsp lowfat milk to the warm saucepan. (OPTIONAL: Add 2 Tbsp unsalted butter for richer flavor)
Sprinkle: cheese over milk; stir to combine.
Add: cooked pasta back to saucepan and stir well.

Enjoy!

Annie’s Suggestions: For a Richer flavor, add 2 Tbsp unsalted butter.

For a Creamy, Tangy version, replace milk with 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt.

Support family farms – use organic milk, butter, and yogurt!
