Dr. Singha’s Mustard Rub contains essential oils of Mustard Seed, Marjoram, Lavender, Rosemary, Sandalwood and Thyme in a base cold-pressed Certified Organic Mustard Oil, Sweet Almond Oil and Certified Organic Sunflower Oil.

Directions

Use after a Dr. Singha’s Mustard Bath, a sauna, a Jacuzzi or after a plain old hot bath! Massage the oil well into your Body When used as a therapeutic massage, a hot shower followed by a brief cold shower is recommended shortly after the session. A few drops can be added to the bath for your pleasure.
