Dynamic Health® Apple Cider Vinegar adds a zippy, delicious and healthy flair to salads, vegetables and most foods, and may be sprinkled over snacks.

Directions

Adults: Take one tablespoon (15mL) pure or mixed with water or your favorite beverage. May be mixed with honey, maple or other syrups, Stevia and tea. Shake well before opening.
