Easy Directions for Preparation and Use:

To make 1 serving (7fl oz. (200 mL)), add 4 unpacked level scoops (1/3 cup (35g)) of powder to 6fl oz. (175 mL) of warm water. Mix until dissolved. Refrigerate and use within 48 hours.
