Eden Foods Organic Kuzu Root Starch Description

Eden Organic Kuzu Root Starch is a versatile, superior thickener that doesn’t separate after cooking like others.  Great for sauces, pie fillings, gravy, desserts and soups.  Kuzu is a long valued health food for soothing the stomach and strengthening the intestines.

Directions

For each cup of liquid, dissolve 1 TBSP Kuzu in 2 TBSP cold liquid for thick desserts, or 1 tsp Kuzu in 2 tsp cold liquid for thin sauces. While stirring, add dissolved Kuzu and heat until clear and thick.
