Four color small shells, aka conchigliette • beet red • spinach green • carrot orange • golden grain. 60% whole grain durum and 40% golden amber durum semolina provides a wonderful mid-step to whole grain.

Small sea shells or conchigliette colored red beet, green spinach, orange carrot/annatto, and golden grain. All organically grown. Colors brighten when cooked. 60% whole grain durum and 40% golden amber durum semolina. Crafted at the Eden Organic Pasta Company on vintage Italian equipment with brass dies and slow air drying. Delightful flavor and texture, and an excellent source of riboflavin B2 with 45% of the recommended daily value (DV) per serving. A good source of healthy fiber, protein, iron, thiamin B1, niacin B3, magnesium, and zinc. These small shells are lovely in salads and soups.
