Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packing process and guaranteed until each best before date on the package. With a long shelf life you can enjoy your favorites for a while.

Storage Recommendations:

Ener-G® Foods recommends that once opened, their products should be put in an airtight container and refrigerated. Freezing these products in their original packages causes them to dry out and crumble. If you wish to freeze your Ener-G® Foods, it is best to remove them from their original packages and place them in a freezer-friendly container. Once opened, their products can last a few days, and with refrigeration they last approximately 1 week.
