This Ayurvedic body oil is made from a blend of nourishing oils and herbs that naturally alleviate dryness caused by the fall or Vata dosha season.
How to use:
Gently exfoliate the skin using our raw silk gharshana gloves. Warm the oil if desired and massage to entire body. Let sit for up to 20 minutes before showering (the longer it sits the deeper it hydrates!) Shower, allowing the warm water to transport the oil deeper into the tissues. Do not wash off with soap and use warm water as hot water can aggravate and dry out the skin further. Then pat dry, leaving some oil on the skin to continue nourishing throughout the day.
