Floradix Magnesium is a liquid mineral supplement that provides the body with 250 mg of highly absorbable elemental magnesium per 20 ml serving. Floradix Magnesium contains no alcohol, preservatives or additives.

Magnesium is the most abundant mineral in the body and is essential for proper calcium absorption. Magnesium supports a healthy circulatory system and helps relax the arteries and muscles. It also benefits the proper functioning of the colon and this helps in maintaining bowel regularity. The following foods also contain certain amounts of magnesium:

Wheat Germ
Millet
Soy
Soy Milk
Tofu
Cashews
Peanuts
Green, Leafy Vegetables

Eating some of these foods daily, in addition to taking Floradix Magnesium Liquid, may help ensure an adequate intake of Magnesium per day.

Directions

IMPORTANT!

This product contains no alcohol or artificial preservatives, colors or flavors. Do not contaminate the formula by drinking directly from the bottle. To preserve the product and prevent its fermentation, keep refrigerated at all times after opening and consume within 4 weeks.

Take 20 mL (mark on cap) daily, preferably in the morning. May be diluted with water. Shake bottle before using.
