Directions

Suggested Use: Adults mix 1level scoop (approx 2 tbsp) in 8 ounces of water or juice 1 (or more) times per day. Begin with 1/4 serving size for the first few days gradually working up to full serving size. Not intended for children. Scoop included. Package by weight no volume. Settling may occur.
