We personally know the severe reaction one can have if cross-contaminated with compromised products. Three generations of our family have celiac disease and have been on a GF diet since 1990. Our son Forrest, who was diagnosed at age two, became determined as a teenager to develop a safe source of uncontaminated oats. His desire led to a FFA entrepreneur project which became Gluten Free Oats, LLC. That h as grown into GF Harvest allowing us to serve you with other products. Cooking Methods

Gluten Free Oatmeal	1/2 Cup	1 Cup	1-1/2 Cup
Water or Milk	1 Cup	2 Cups	3 Cups
Salt	Pinch	1/4 TSP	1/2 TSP

Stove Top Method

Stir oatmeal into water and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes, until reaching desired consistency. If you like softer oatmeal, let oats soak in liquid for 15 minutes before starting to cook.

Microwave Method

Mix the oatmeal and liquid in a 4 cup container. Cook for 1½ -2 minutes. Make sure and watch the oatmeal so it doesn’t boil over. Time may vary for microwave ovens.
