Iron Chef Sesame Garlic Sauce & Marinade is a spicy and mildly sweet sauce made from a rich blend of soy sauce, garlic and spices with the aroma of sesame oil. Iron Chef Sesame Garlic is made using all natural ingredients and certified kosher (Kof-K parve). Delicious as a dipping sauce.

Directions

Marinating

Slice or cube meat, poultry or pork and marinade in a bowl or zip-lock overnight in the refrigerator. Put on skewers with sliced peppers, onions and/or tomatoes. Pour on some more Iron Chef Sesame Garlic and BBQ or grill in an oven until meat is cooked through. Serve over rice or noodles.

Stir-frying

Blanche your choice of vegetables (peppers, onions, carrots, broccoli, etc.) in boiling water until crisp-tender (2-3 minutes). Heat vegetable oil in wok until lightly smoking. Add cubed meat or seafood to oil and stir until cooked through. Add sesame Garlic and stir for 2 minutes. Add vegetables and cook until heated. Serve over rice or noodles.
