KAL Omega-3 Fish Oil comes from coldwater fish. It goes through a multi-stage Purity Process, including molecular distillation, to remove heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins, furan and other contaminants. Each softgel contains 180 mg EPA & 120 mg DHA with natural Vitamin E.

Directions
