Directions

Heat 1 Tbsp of coconut oil or vegetable oil and fry the paste over low heat until it smells very fragrant, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add one can of coconut cream or coconut milk. Add one Tbsp of peanut butter. If you like, add about 1.5 Lbs of sauteed protein or veggies. Season to taste with salt & heat through. Add a splash of fish sauce if you like. Sprinkle with cilantro or Thai basil.
