Just add oil and milk of any kind and in less than 2 minutes, you’ll be treated to a piping hot, scrumptious cake that you can top with whatever you like or just enjoy right out of your own mug! Directions

You Will Need:

1 Tbsp. oil • 1/4 cup milk, any kind

Combine oil and milk in average-sized microwave-safe mug. Add cake mix packet and blend with a fork until smooth.
Bake uncovered on high in microwave for 1:45 seconds*.
Let cool for about 5 minutes. Top with your favorite things and enjoy!

Conventional oven method:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray oven-safe baking cup (i.e 10 oz. custard cup) with non-stick spray.
Combine oil and milk in small bowl, Add one cake mix packet and blend with a fork until smooth. Pour batter into baking cup. Place cup on cookie sheet.
Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool, top with your favorite things and enjoy!

Best eaten warm.
