Namaste Foods is a family-owned and women operated business located in beautiful Northern Idaho. We began creating down-to-earth delicious treats over 17 years ago to help folks who wanted to eat better. So while mom and friends were busy mixing things up, the kids would sit at the kitchen table putting stickers on bags for a penny a piece. Word got around – and around – and the kids grew up! Things haven’t changed much since then. We’re still whipping up good, clean food using only the finest ingredients, and just the right amount of TLC. It’s a mom thing.

Directions

you will need:

2 eggs

1/2 cup melted butter or oil

3/4 cup milk any kind

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9″ round pan (or use paper liners for cupcakes).
  2. Combine eggs, oil and milk. Add cake mix and blend until smooth.
  3. Bake 26-30 minutes for layer cake, 18-22 minutes for cupcakes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. makes about 10 cupcakes.

Finishing touches: Frost with your favorite frosting or just enjoy with fresh strawberries or raspberries and a sprinkle of confectioners sugar.
