Namaste Foods is a family-owned and women operated business located in beautiful Northern Idaho. We began creating wholesome and delicious treats over 17 years ago to help folks who wanted to eat better. So while mom and friends were busy mixing things up, the kids would get a penny a piece for putting labels on bags. Things haven’t changed much since then. Directions

You will need: 1 egg • 1/2 cup melted butter or oil • 1/2 cup hot water

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray or grease 8×8 pan.
Combine mix, butter or oil and hot water. Mix well. Add egg and blend well with electric mixer for about 2 minutes.
Spread batter in prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with slightly moist crumbs.

Note: Glass pans require longer cooking times. Do not over bake. Fresh baked brownies appear under baked but cool to doneness. Cool completely in pan before cutting.
