Directions

Cheer Up Buttercup!: Add to a diffuser, or create a room mister by adding 30 drops to 1 oz. of water in a spray bottle. An easy way to brighten up any dull day.

 

Grapefruit: For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution rations.
