Recommended Use

> To receive the full PRECISION DOSED benefits of TRU Pre we suggest using ONE serving (2 scoops) in 12-14 oz of water 30 minutes prior to physical activity. If you are sensitive to stimulants or are working out after 6 pm we recommend using a HALF serving (1 scoop) in 6-8 oz of water.
