Enjoy our savory seaweed based Thai coconut broth by itself or add vegetables and chicken to create a creamy soup. It is made with sustainably harvested seaweed, packed with good-for-you nutrients, like vitamin D, and rich in minerals, like iodine.

Directions

In a large saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut or olive oil on medium heat. Add 8 oz of thinly sliced chicken, 4 oz of sliced mushrooms and half of a b ell pepper, thinly sliced. Cook until chicken is lightly browned and fully cooked and the veggies are tender. Add 1 qt of Ocean’s Halo® Thai Coconut Broth and bring to a simmer. Garnish with lime and cilantro. Enjoy!

Refrigerate after opening and use within 7-10 days. Shake well before enjoying.
