A-AKG is a pre-workout that helps attain a deeper level of training to help provide sustained muscle growth in a shorter time frame. It helps increase nitric oxide (NO) production, resulting in vasodilation. Additionally A-AKG helps to process the ammonia created by intense muscle activity and create glutamine which is important for energy and muscle recovery. A-AKG helps increase workout performance, which may result in increased muscle mass. 

Directions

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) rounded scoop (3g) 2-3 times daily with 4 ounces of liquid pre & post workout. On days off from training take one (1) rounded scoop (3g) in the morning, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
