Use mouthwash after brushing and flossing. Shake well before use. Swish vigorously with 1 capful 2 to 3 times a day for at least 60 seconds. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use (including water). Combine with Lumineux™ Toothpaste for best results. Not intended for oral consumption. Store in a cool dry place. For a clean fresh mouth, swish 1-2 capfuls vigorously for 60 seconds, 2-3 times/day. Combine with Oral Essentials
