Directions

Vanilla Muffin and Cake Recipe

Makes one 8″ round cake or 12 muffins

Ingredients

1 pack of Organic Vanilla Muffin and Cafe Mix

3 eggs of 4 flax eggs

1/2 cup Water

1/3 cup Melted coconut oil (or butter)

2 tbsp Vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine baking mix, eggs, water, coconut oil, vanill extract and mix until well blended.
Pour batter into a greased pan. Line your baking pan with parchment paper for easy cake removal or pour 1/2 cup batter into each prepared muffin cup.
Bake cake for 30-35 minutes or 20-25 minutes for muffins.
Cool for 10 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan.

Store in a cool dry place, away from light. If you wish to preserve longer, store the bag in the fridge or freezer.
