Pamela introduces a nut flour blend into her baking mix line, innovating with ingredients just as her father, “Big Al” Guisto, did in his natural foods bakery in San Francisco in the 1960s. Experience the benefits of grain-free and taste the heritage of Pamela’s baking roots.

Use our delicious and unique Nut Flour Blend just as you would almond meal. Add protein, fiber, and flavor by substituting a 1/4 cup or more of the flour called for in your favorite recipes, or add to yogurt, salads, or use as breading. Also, use Pamela’s Nut Flour Blend with our All-Purpose Flour Artisan Blend or added to our other baking mixes. A remarkable new direction in your home baking!

Grain-Free Cookies

1 cup Pamela’s Nut Flour Blend

1/2 cup butter

2/3 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chip or dried fruit

Yield: 12 cookies

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350°. In a bowl, soften butter and then mix well with sugar. Add egg and beat together. Add Nut Flour Blend, salt and baking soda. Mix all ingredients together completely. Scoop onto parchment covered or greased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes and let cool.
