When it comes to recovery support glutamine is one of the most widely used ingredients after protein and BCAAs. The problem is the majority of the glutamine products on the market just contain regular L-glutamine and nothing else. L-glutamine by itself is not effective for recovery…despite what all the glutamine labels claim and whatever article you read on the internet. Not only is there no data to support these claims, there is actually data to suggest it is ineffective.
Thankfully…we take the time to do the research to deliver a product worth your while. A few years back it was discovered that the dipeptide L-alanyl-L-glutamine, as well as taking L-alanine with L-glutamine in a 3:2 ratio, was superior over L-glutamine in isolation in animal models.
So in typical PEScience fashion, we have taken all of this data and created glutamine product that we can stand behind. If you want to supplement glutamine, this is the only glutamine product worth supplementing. TruGlutamine comes in a flavorless easy to mix powder so you can add it to whatever you desire.
