Soap: Remove label, wet Aromatherapy Bar Soap, lather and apply liberally.

Salt: Add desired amount into the bath water as the tub is filling. Swirl water to fully dissolve. Always start with a clean body and tub. For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
