A Better Way to Cook Sloppy Joes

We use fire-roasted tomatoes, fresh garlic, smoked paprika and Hatch Valley green chilies to season our Sloppy Joe Skillet Sauce. In 15 minutes, kids and grown-up agree: These are the best sloppy joes in town.

Directions

1 pound ground beef chuck

1 Pouch Red Fork® Skillet Sauce

1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce OR 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes

Brown: Cook beef in a 10- or 12-inch nonstick skillet over high heat, stirring often, until nicely browned and cooked, 6 to 8 minutes.
Simmer & Serve: Stir in sauce and tomatoes. Simmer gently over low heat, stirring often, about 10 minuets. Season with salt to taste. Serve piled on soft rolls or hamburger buns.
