Long prized for its earthy sweetness & exceptional versatility, teff’s charms don’t stop there. Rich in iron, protein & calcium, this tiny grain boasts an impressive nutritional profile rivaling its larger cousins!
Sort & rinse. Bring 3 cups water & 1 cup teff to boil. Reduce, cover & simmer 15-20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir & let stand, uncovered 5 minutes. Season to taste.
