You Will Need:
2 eggs
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup lukewarm water.
Baking directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom and sides of two 9″ round cake pans.

Combine Simple Truth Organic Gluten Free Chocolate Cake mix, eggs, oil and lukewarm water in a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat on low speed to moisten, then increase speed to medium high until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake at 350°F for 18 to 22 minutes. Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes before removing cakes from pans. Cool completely before frosting.

For thicker, one layer cake, pour all batter into a 9″ round cake pan and bake 36-40 minutes.
Use organic ingredients when available. Refrigerate an leftovers.
