Simple Truth Organic products are formulated without genetically modified organisms (GMOs). The USDA’s National Organic Program does not permit the use of ingredients made with GMOs for certified organic products.
You will need:
1 large egg
1/3 cup oil
1 cup milk
Baking directions:
- Preheat over to 400°F. Grease or spray 8″ X 8″ cake pan or line with parchment paper.
- Empty simple Truth Organic Gluten Free Cornbread mix into medium sized bowl. Add oil, egg and milk. Stir with spoon just to combine Pour batter into prepared pan
- Bake at 400°F for 22-24 minutes, until golden and a wooden toothpick comes out clean
- Cool on rack 10 minutes before removing from pan. Serve immediately.
For corn muffins, use a 12-well muffin pan. Fill each well 2/3 full. Bake at 400° F for 18 minutes, or until golden.
Use organic ingredients when available. Refrigerate any leftovers.
