Directions

For Tender, Fluffy Rice:

1. Combine in 3-quart saucepan 2 cups water, 1 cup uncooked rice and if desired, 1 teaspoon salt.

2. Bring to boil. Turn heat down low and cover with a lid. Simmer 45-50 minutes or until all water is absorbed.

3. Serve.

Note: For high altitudes, use slightly more water and allow 5 minutes longer cooking time.
