Find your Women’s Rhythm and Flow™ with this restorative organic essential oil blend. The comforting aroma of Clary Sage, Rose Geranium and Grapefruit helps bring balance during the natural cycles of life. Formulated for topical and massage blends, baths, spray mists and diffusers.

Directions

Applications:
Topical: Add 2-3 drops to ½ tsp. carrier oil (Olive, Jojoba, Argan, etc.) and massage over abdominal area, lower back, breasts, inner arms, or soles of the feet.
Aromatherapy: Add 1-3 drops to a tissue, hold near nose and breathe deeply for 30 seconds.
Massage Oil: Add 12 drops to 1oz carrier oil to create your own body massage oil.
Bath: Stir 5-10 drops into a full bath just before entering.
Spray Mist: Add 10 drops per every 1oz of water in a spray bottle. Shake before each use.
Diffuser: Follow your diffuser directions.
