OMEGA-3’S LIGNANS AND VITAMIN D
The Organic Ultra Lignan Flax Oil now provides 1000IU of vegan Vitamin D2, for heart health, bone health and immune system support, as well as, the benefits of Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), an Omega-3 essential fatty acid and lignans, which are phytonutrients. Omega-3 ALA helps support normal cardiovascular function and helps to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. We add in premium, freshly sliced flaxseed for secoisolairciresionl diglucoside (SDG) lignan benefit. The amount of SDG lignans can vary from 0.7%-1.9% of seed weight depending on growing conditions.
Before Each Use Shake Bottle Until Oil Appears Dark Brown. This Will Ensure Dispersal of the Lignans. Suggested Serving: 1-2 tbsp daily with food. Add to salad dressings, yogurt and smoothies.
Avoid direct heat, beat kept refrigerated. Best if used within 6-8 weeks after opening.
