As a dietary supplement, healthy adults combine one scoop with 8-10 oz of water & mix thoroughly. Best in a shaker cup or water bottle. Consume 15-30 minutes before your workout. Use 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance. Not to exceed 1 scoop daily.
