Steambase Roseherb Perfect Build Up Serum utilizes Onsen-sui thermal water to build up moisture from deep within. This serum uses rose geranium, rosemary, and rose hip’s herbal essence to strengthen and revitalizes the skin. It also contains two kinds of peptide (Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 & Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4). With the nano liposome technology, it further enables the serum to deeply penetrate into the skin, adding youth, vitality, and resilience to the skin. This serum quickly absorbs to your skin leaving your skin moisturized, but not sticky.
