The Vegg Story

Rocky Shepheard has always loved the rich flavor of eggs. But after learning about the treatment of chickens in factory farms and the health risks of high cholesterol, the Maine native adopted a plant-based diet. Refusing to miss out on his favorite food, Rocky spent years developing the most delicious, highest quality, cholesterol-free and cruelty-free egg substitutes.

Directions

• 1 Tsp Mix + 1/4 Cup Water

• Blend in Blender

Equals – Four Vegg Yolks

(Must use a blender for a smooth yolk. Yolk will not solidify. Only simulates flavor and texture of runny yolk. The Vegg recommends making 8 yolks at a time so blender blades can easily contact liquid. Excess yolk can be refrigerated for a few days but you may need to re-blend when you use it again.) For 4 yolks, blend 1 tsp mix with 1/4 cup water.

Basic Dippy Eggs: Blend 1 tsp mix with 1/4 cup water and warm up in microwave or stovetop. Toast bread and spread with vegan margarine. Slice into strips and dip into the warm Vegg yolk.
