Directions

Suggested Use: Adults and children age 4 and over take 1 VitaStraw daily. Remove straw from protective wrapping and place into 6-8 oz of water. Sip water through the straw until all vitamin pellets are gone. Do Not Eat Straw. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of teach of young children.
