Cooking Instructions

Combine 1 cup truRoots Sprouted Bean & Lentil Medley with 4 cups water in a medium saucepan and bring to boil. Cover and simmer over low heat 15 minutes or until desired. Makes 2 1/2 cups cooked medley.
