Convenient and easy to prepare, truRoots Organic Germinated Brown Rice cooks in half the time or ordinary brown rice. Use it in any dish that calls for rice or other grains such as sushi, pilafs, soups and stews, salads, stuffing or puddings.

Directions

Add 1 cup truRoots Germinated Brown Rice to 1.75 cups boiling water (and 1/2 teaspoon salt if desired) in a medium saucepan with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook 25 to 30 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let rice steam, covered, for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes 4 servings.
