Directions

Adults: 1 fluid ounce, 1-2 times daily as needed. Take with food for best absorption. Drink undiluted or add to non-chlorinated water, juice, or other Vital-Earth products. (The bottle lid is 1 ounce). Refrigeration is not essential, but it is beneficial to protect the naturally occurring enzymes and vitamins.

If health challenge exists introduce at 1/4 dosage to allow the body to detoxify slowly. Build up slowly to full dosage.
