Sensitive/petite: Take 1/2-1 cap daily. Women with a period: 2 caps daily.
Women-Painful periods, Peri-Menopause or PMS: 2 caps daily.
Women with No Period: Take 3 caps daily for menopausal symptoms. Increase, if needed, by 1-2 caps a day ever 5 days until hot flashes & other symptoms are 80% better.
