| Infants 1-6 months of age | 1 tsp. (5 ml) |

Suggestions For Use: Prior to first use, see enclosed instructions for inserting the enclosed bottle adapter plug to ensure “mess-free” dosing. Shake well before each use, some sediment is normal. May be administered up to 6 times per day or as directed by a physician. Use enclosed syringe to administer. Wash and dry dispenser after each use. We recommend discarding 90 days after opening.
As with any product you introduce to your child for the first time, please consult your health care professional before use. Do not use if child is allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients.
