Ingredients:
1 Cup Arrowhead Mills Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 Tbsp Spectrum Canola Oil
1 Cup Milk or Water
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear.
- Cook on preheated (375°F-400°F) lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles form on surface and edges begin to dry. For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid.
Serving Suggestion: Stir in 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon just before cooking.
Makes 8-5" Pancakes
– Waffles –
Ingredients:
1 Cup Arrowhead Mills Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 Egg, Beaten or Egg Substitute
1 Tbsp Spectrum Canola Oil
1 Tbsp Honey
2/3 Milk or Water
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear
- Cook according to waffle maker’s instructions.
Makes 8 Waffles
