Directions

You Will Need

1 lb boneless chicken, sliced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 medium onion, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

  1. Place chicken and 1 Tbsp oil in pan, cook thoroughly on med-high heat, then remove from pan.
  2. In same pan, saute vegetables in 1 Tbsp. oil
  3. return chicken to pan with vegetables. Add ¼ cup water and seasoning mix. Stir to combine. Simmer an additional 2-3 minutes.
